KW Commercial at Park Meadows Expands with Addition of Tysen Manross
LITTLETON, CO—June 1, 2010—KW Commercial at Park Meadows (10375 E. Park Meadows Dr.) has expanded with the addition of Broker Tysen Manross, a 20-year veteran of the construction and commercial development industry.
Manross started in the construction industry in 1990 and launched a commercial contracting business (Tusca, II, Inc.) in 2000. By 2006, the company grew to be number 346 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies. Manross also received the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award in 2006 from the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, Mesa State College and WesternColoradoBusinessIncubatorCenter. Most recently, he had a commercial development company on Colorado’s Western Slope.

In addition to graduating from Armbrust Real Estate Institute, Manross attended college in Phoenix and at Mesa State College. Because of the many construction remodel projects that he handled for hospitals, he is a member of the American Society for Hospital Engineering.
