Keller Williams Adds Top Producers, New Agents in Highlands Ranch
HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO—July xx, 2010—When Jim Slinkard was named the new team leader for Keller Williams Realty Executives in Highlands Ranch (200 W. Plaza Dr.) in March, his major focus was growing the office with new top agents.
Several months later, the office has attracted a number of top producing agents, including an award-winning team from the East Coast—Jim and Irene Lemons. The Lemons have more than 25 years of experience in real estate and recently returned to Highlands Ranch after spending a number of years with Century 21 in Colonial Beach, VA.
“We returned to be close to our children and grandchildren, explains Jim Lemons. “We chose to affiliate with Keller Williams because of the company’s excellent training and we were impressed by the motivating and supportive atmosphere of the office.
Another new agent at Keller Williams Highlands Ranch is John Libby, who has been a real estate investor for 30 years and has more than 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing with local media outlets. He is a Roxborough resident who focuses on investment properties in the south metro area.

Marvin Sonenreich—who has more than 20 years of real estate experience, focusing on the South Metro area; and
Debbie Vandre—an agent with two years of experience who enjoys working with first-time home buyers.
