HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO—Feb. 17, 2010—Keller Williams Executives, (200 W. Plaza Dr., #200) has announced Rachel Katz of Tandem Properties Group as its top-selling individual associate for 2009.
 
Katz has been in real estate since 2004, and sold over $4.5 million from May to December this past year. In addition to residential real estate, she has experience in real estate development (particularly land acquisition and entitlements) and residential multi-family construction.
 
“Most of my sales were in residential real estate this past year, with many properties of less than $500,000, explains Katz. “In this market, I knew I had to work twice as hard to be successful. I also took advantage of all the great training offered through Keller Williams, and that hard work paid off.
 
Katz studied Economics and International Affairs at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She worked in web development and marketing for several years, before starting her own development company, and beginning her real estate career.
