WESTMINSTER, CO—Aug. 25, 2011—Jeff Salter, regarded as of the state’s premier marketers of luxury homes, recently joined Keller Williams Preferred Realty, 11859 Pecos St. in Westminster. Since January 2008, he has topped all area real estate agents in the $1 million-plus price range with sales volume of more than $56 million in that price point.
