Denver Northwest Market Center of Keller Williams Announces Expansion
WESTMINSTER, CO—Aug. 6, 2010—The Denver Northwest Market Center of Keller Williams Realty (9191 Sheridan Blvd., Suite 310, Westminster) announces the expansion of its offices, adding 26 new individual offices and remodeling the current space.
“We are excited to be the sole occupant of the third floor of our building,” commented Heidi Greer, the market center team leader. “In addition to acquiring more office space, the front lobby is getting a complete facelift. The space we currently occupy will be entirely remodeled to add seven new private offices in our former common area.”
Moreover, 21 new spaces on the third floor will allow the market center to accommodate larger teams as well as provide RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) compliant space for affiliate partners. Several offices have been already earmarked for a few top agents in the Denver Northwest area.
