Agents of Keller Williams DTC Celebrate Award-Winning Success;
ENGLEWOOD, CO—March xx, 2010—The DTC Market Center of Keller Williams Realty took top honors as the 2009 Market Center of the Year at the recent Colorado Region annual awards ceremony. The award is given to the MarketCenter in Colorado with the highest profit share and net profit for 2009.
The DTC Market Center (6300 S. Syracuse Way) also was recognized by Keller Williams Realty International for achieving the Platinum level for a MarketCenter, more than $10 million in Gross Commission Income—a feat it has accomplished the past five years.
Led by Team Leader Jim Slinkard during 2009, the office also received numerous achievement awards for its groups, teams and individuals, including the top group in the Colorado Region, the Bonanza Team, that was honored at the Double Platinum level.
Four groups were honored at the prestigious Platinum level: the Bogar Group, Burnett Team, Hightower & Associates andthe Kiker Team.
Home Partnership received the Quadruple Gold group award while Homesmith Team and The Full House Network were honored at the Triple Gold group level. Schulz Team was honored at the Triple Gold team level. The Snyder Team was a Double Gold group winner.
Honored at the Gold level were the Home Group of Denver and the Maiocco Team as well as individuals Chad Barnard, Conrad Steller and Wendy Bibeau.
Silver award winners for the DTC office were the groups of My Home Team andService Perfection Team; the Medsker Team and Pratt Team; and six individuals—Chuck Nicholson, Helen Bovin, Jennifer Pollock, Karen Mistrot, Sandra Castro and Troy Warrick.
Recognized for 2009 sales achievement at the Bronze level were four teams--Conery and Morrissey Team, Harris Group, Team Oz and Willardsen Team, and 21 individuals--Carol Hoffman, Charles Strauss, Clare Cornell, Dan Waldmann, Doug Whittaker, Jennifer Morgan, Jennifer Tempas, Jody O’Brien, Kelly Spencer, Kristi Oliva, Larry Champine, Lynn Snyder-Goetz, Marika Fodor, Maureen Wright, Mollie Crispell, Nicholas Chin, Okie Arnot, Pamela Meyer, Paul Sobania, Spencer Bradley and Steven Pilkington, who also was honored as the office’s Rookie of the Year.
