Keller Williams agents collect 7,000 pounds of food
Food to be split among three local foodbanks

Recognizing the great need at local food banks, agents at Keller Williams Preferred Realty (11859 Pecos St. in Westminster) and community members mounted their second annual food drive as their project for the recent RED Day (Renew, Energize and Donate). Their efforts resulted in more than 7,000 pounds of food collected and distributed to three organizations-- Community of Faith ( www.cofu.org) in Northglenn, Growing Home ( www.growinghome.org) in Westminster as well as FISH ( www.broomfieldfish.org) in Broomfield.

Photos and Video Increase News Readership

If you want more people to read and share your news stories, be sure to include photos and/or videos.

A recent study by PR Newswire showed that readers are 3.5 times more likely to share a multi-media story than a text-only story. Adding a photo to the story generated 14 percent more views while video boosts that number to 20 percent.

Adding a photo plus a video increases views by 48 percent. The study also showed that multimedia releases continue to be viewed for 20 days while text-only releases stayed alive only 9.5 days.
